Before we arrive
Simple setup requirements

Level space
A flat grassy area with at least 10 feet of clear space around the inflatable.

Power access
A standard electrical outlet is required. Need a generator? Ask about availability and pricing.

Water access
Water slides require a working outdoor water connection. We provide and install the necessary hoses.

Concrete setup?
Tell us in advance. Sandbags are required for safe installation on concrete.
Safety first: Adult supervision is required at all times. Riders must be age 3 or older. The 245 lb limit is the combined weight of children using the inflatable at the same time.
Know before you rent
Rental & safety policies
A 25% advance is required to reserve the date. The Rental Agreement is reviewed and signed in person during installation.
Reservation & payment
After availability is confirmed, pay 25% to reserve the date. Cash, Cash App and cards are accepted. The remaining 75% is due after installation.
Weather
If unsafe weather prevents the rental, choose a refund or move your payment to another available date. The owner and customer make the weather decision together.
Safe play
Adult supervision is required. No shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, smoking, sharp objects, climbing, flips, wrestling or rough play. Water-slide riders must go feet first.
Cancellation
Cancel or request a date change at least 3 days before the rental for an advance refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental are not refundable.
The customer must provide safe access and electrical power, keep the equipment in place, supervise it at all times and follow all safety rules. No face paint, glitter, confetti, silly string, lotions, oils, oil-based sunscreen sprays, petroleum products or slippery substances. The customer is responsible for damage caused by misuse, pets, theft, vandalism, burns, prohibited substances or unauthorized movement. The complete Rental Agreement is signed in person while the inflatable is being installed.
